3. Customer Responsibilities

Before submitting your device for repair, customers must:

Backup all important data as we are not responsible for data loss

Remove all SIM cards, memory cards, and personal accessories

Disable all security features (Find My iPhone, Google Account Lock, etc.)

Provide accurate information about the device issue

Present valid ID proof and contact information

4. Payment Terms

All repair charges must be paid in full before the device is returned to the customer. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Prices quoted are subject to change based on diagnostic findings.

5. Diagnostic Service

We offer free diagnostic services to identify the issue with your device. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, there will be no charge. However, if the device requires disassembly for diagnosis, a nominal fee may apply.

6. Device Collection Policy

Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of notification. After 30 days, a storage fee may apply. Devices not collected within 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of without further notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Any data loss during the repair process

Damage caused by liquid, physical impact, or misuse

Issues not related to the original repair

Compatibility issues with third-party accessories or software

Delays caused by parts availability or unforeseen circumstances

All content, trademarks, and data on this website are the property of our company. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
